In response to ongoing requests for information and an increasing number of tourists wishing to view the church it was decided that we should begin setting up our new museum. An area in the complex has been set aside for this purpose. To this end the church is much indebted to one of its members, Mr Alan Mollison of Mollison and Associates, Registered Architects.
Periodically
we entertain architectural students and historians undertaking research and
receive frequent requests from Archaeologists and genealogists.
While a considerable amount of work has been undertaken by members on a voluntary
basis, this has been aided to a major extent by three workers under the Task
Force Green, Labour Department scheme.
The building of the museum has been largely done by members Alan Gilbertson - builder and Peter Grandiek - painter.
